The Night Protocol: Tape, Patch, Wake Up Sharper

The Night Protocol: Tape, Patch, Wake Up Sharper

Breathe through your nose

Mouth breathing at night dries the airway, disrupts sleep quality and leaves the lower face slack in the morning. A small strip of mouth tape encourages the jaw to stay closed.

Only tape if you can comfortably breathe through your nose while awake. Congested, sick, or drinking? Skip it that night.

The three-minute stack

Do it in this order — anything you apply lands better on clean, de-puffed skin.

  2. 02Spot-treat with a patch on anything active and leave it overnight.
  3. 03Under-eye patches for ten to fifteen minutes if the previous day was long or salty.
  4. 04Moisturise, then apply the mouth tape last.
  5. 05Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated to stop fluid pooling in the face.

The morning finish
